How do I use my Roamie safely?
- Never leave your child unattended.
- Always use the restraint system and ensure it is correctly fitted.
- Always use the chair attachment system and ensure it is correctly fitted when placed on a dining chair
- Always check the security and stability of the chair on the surface before use.
- Do not use on stools or benches.
When will I get my order?
Delivery time: 1 - 4 business days for residential & commercial addresses
Rural deliveries may take an extra 1-2 days
Orders are packed daily and dispatched from our Auckland base

What is the returns policy?
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I clean my Roamie?
Wipe any mess with a damp cloth as soon as possible after any spills or mess!
Allow the fabric to dry completely before folding and packing into the carry bag.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5.00 to standard NZ addresses and $14.00 to Rural addresses.
